Im having like burning pain on my anus after defecation, what could this be?

for months now ive been having tolerable but anal pain and sometimes itchiness 15-30 minutes every after defecation. sometimes there's like small amount of blood on the tissue paper after cleaning or in the bowl like 1-5cc. could this be hemorrhoids? or what? :c im worried
