this is kinda embarrassing for me to ask & put this question out there, but i have to. I didn't care much for using the rest room every morning before, now i am suffering more painful thing ever. I have gotten piles which is Hemorrhoid...is there any home-remedies that really helps or any ointment that will help me reduce the tissue. .... is Finger Millet (Eleusine coracana) helpful to this situation, i mean is it high in fiber?
