Really scary issue right now?

Okay this is gonna be very weird but im 14 and for the passed hour my anus felt like it was swollen. i looked and saw a scary purple lump thingy. i am freaking out and its not bleeding but im very scared. i dont think its hemorrhoids but do you think it will soon go away? could it just be swollen and go away after a few hours?
