Bright red blood on toilet paper?

i'm 16 and for about a week now my poop has been pretty soft and there has been bright red blood on the toilet paper when i wipe. it also burns for awhile right after im done pooping. Im pretty sure it is either Hemorrhoids or Fishers but im just wondering what you all think. Oh also about a week ago i had bright green poop with this but that i think was from the blue gatorade i had been drinking because after i stopped drinking it for a day it wasnt green anymore and then i drank a couple of bottles and it has green again so thats resolved, but just wondering about the bright red blood on the toilet paper...
