Erm, I'm having daily diarrhea and when i wipe it's green. What's the deal?

I went to the doctor because I was wiping red, and he said it was probably hemorrhoids. The red color has gone away, but the diarrhea appears to have continued with red occasionally. Anyway, the wipe is green now. What are the possible explanations?
