Im an 18 year old girl and So a few months ago I got a hemorrhoid and i wasn't sure why but looked it up and realized it was cause I had just started lifting weights so I stopped cause i was paranoid and it went away and I stopped working out. So I just recently started working out again and lifting weights and I got another one. Not as big as the first one but what should I do? Are they gonna keep coming back as soon as I start lifting weights? Help
