Please don't keep going back to your doctor and swapping doctors around. It is the same as saying you do not trust the advice of two of them in your GP practice. Believe what you are told, and take something like Dulco-ease to soften faeces. The bleeding is caused by hard stools scraping past the piles. Leave it at least six weeks before going back and asking for further advice.
