How do i know if i have piles?

How do I know if its a hemorrhoid or something more sinister like warts. I have two tags around the amid area, can be constipated sometimes and bleed most of the time when I go to the toilet. This can also be very sore. I'm 23 and work in an office sitting down I have heard this doesn't help if it's piles but am not sure if this os what they are. I'm terrified it's warts and even more terrified to see a doctor. How would I know the difference between hemorrhoids and warts can anyone please tell me?
