Is this an anal skin tag or a hemorrhoid?

On the edge of my anus is a fleshy nodule, sort of triangular in shape. It's not painful, doesn't bleed, isn't itchy, causes no discomfort and is the same pink colour as the rest of it. I don't think it's a hemorrhoid, so might it be a skin tag? Or might it just be a weird deformation that I have? Thanks...
