Two big hemorrhoids on my bumhole :( almost 8 months pregnant?

I have two big hemmies on my bumhole, danging out... they hurt a lot sometimes. Well I am just worried, when I am pushing, will they burst and shoot blood everywhere? Also, I am cleaning them thoroughly with Tucks wipes and using Prep H... is there anything else I can do for they throb and hurt and I want to cry at times.
