Anus is wierd when i go loo?

hey there, its a bit strange asking this but when i go to the loo (n2) my anus kinda comes out aswell hard to explain its like just the muscle area but will go back to normalbasicallyy right after also only sometimes i will see a small amount of blood on tissue and maybe very small amount on the poo, whats this i know it could be hemorrhoids but i really dont want to go to the doctor about this, just a note i dont have any pain what so ever and i dont find it hard to go when needed
