Does bleeding and pain from the rectum always mean you have hemorrhoids?

I am 14 and every time I go to the toilet I have to force my stool out, sometimes having to use my own fingers which comes away covered in bright red blood. I'm not sure it's hemorrhoids as I never really feel itchy but it is very painful and the toilet is sometimes filled with blood. I think I may have just split it open but I would like to have another opinion before I go telling people I know about it. Please help!
