Hasn't Bin Laden been dead since 2003 & This Is ploy to make President Obama Look Better?

I know for a fact that Bin Laden has been dead since 2003 due to various health issues like Kidney Disease and things you don't survive and that all these yeas he has been dead, but they didn't say it until it was needed for Obama to use to make it seem like he's really a great president?
