Help! itchiness and some pain in an area...read more....?

i have a bit of itching and some pain on my anus. there is a little bump that is hanging out of my hole, its kinda itchy and sore. i was thinking its either a hemorrhoid or a pinworm. im having normal bowels and everything too. any ideas?
