Hemorrhoids and a yeast infection..... great?

So, over a year ago I had surgery that left me with a hemorrhoid. It seemed like they would be gone, then come back worse than ever, Now they are unbearable. 2 months ago i was put on an antibiotic that left me with the worst yeast infection ever. My doctor called in a prescription for me, and i took the one pill ( thats all there was ) and it helped for the first 3 days. I got a doctor appointment for next week. However Im only 19 and Im a little nervous for what the exam is going to be like. Also should I feel bad coming in the office with two problems... like is that allowed? Or am I going to have to go in 2 different times?
