Hemorrhoids treatable naturally?

I have had a hemorrhoid now for about 3 weeks. I have an idea how i got it, i had an energy drink 1x a day before i lifted for about a week, and i feel thats how i came about getting a hemorrhoid. I know adequate rest is needed but i dont want to stop lifting. Also the over the counter topicals have not helped at all. Is there anyway to get rid of the hemorrhoid without surgery?
