Pain during bowel movement, rectal bleeding and lump near anus...what could this be?

The past few times that I've gone to the bathroom, it's been painful. The last time I went to the bathroom, there was blood on the tissue. It was only a little bit and it was a light pink color. Today I felt a small lump right next to the hole. Could this be hemorrhoids? Or something else? What should I do to fix it?
