Pregnancy question? Complicated.?

Ok me and my gf have had sex a lot. Last month in may she started taking birth control after her period had just ended. Well we had sex with a condom and it didnt break. 2 weeks after she had ended her period she got it again but not as heavy. Well after that ended we did it about 2 weeks later also with a condom. This past week she has been getting headaches everyday her lower back has been hurting and her stomach has also been hurting. She also started not spotting but actually bleedimg and some brown stuff came out with it. But isnt that dry blood? We think its because her body is reacting bad to the birth control(she has stopped taking it). She also has problems like hemorrhoids and a pooping problem that causes her to have these things im really confused help??
