Unique hemorrhoids question.?

I am only 15 years old and I think that I might have an external hemerrhoid. I have heard that alcohol increases your chances of getting, but since I'm only 15 I don't drink it. But I do use rubbing alcohol on my face for acne. Please give serious answers, and if you know what I have, hemorrhoids or not, please tell me a cream, or some cure. I have no problem asking my parents for it.
