Do I have Piles? (External Hemorrhoids)?

I'm only 14, but i felt a itching sensation and small pain coming from my anus and i saw 2 smallish lumps right on the side of it. I read that if you put coconut oils and all this stuff on it that it will help but as soon as i did, everything was burning and i could hardly walk haha! So I was wondering if I leave it will it go away? Or is it something serious? This is pretty embarrassing haha, so thanks.
