No such thing as a colonastraphy. If you mean -ostrophy, with a camera up there... Hemorrhoids don't give you constipation, but being afraid to go and holding it too long will. Take hot soaks, prep-h cream, and dulcolax to help constipation and hemorrhoids. If you want them removed, talk to your dr. Once you have a hemorrhoid, you always have a hemorrhoid, unless you have it removed. My mom just shoves them back up there, of course, she's pushing 80....
