Ok so I have been having this irritating area in between my vaginal area and my anus.?

For the past few weeks I have had this irritated area between my vaginal area and my anus. I recently had a hemorrhoid and although it irritated me I don't think it was it. I thought it be because I don't use lubricant with sex and it was hurting a little on the inside so I got lubricant and it didn't change anything. My boyfriend said he had some small red dots on his head and said it itched but just recently noticed it. The next day after he tells me that I start itching down there. I also had some thick lumpy white discharge and it smelled a little foul. It still hurts when I wipe after using the bathroom in that area and when i touch the area. I looked at it in the mirror and it looks like the skin is raw but i don't know why it would be. Me and my boyfriend haven't had sex for the past 4 days and nothing has changed it is still painful to touch. I have read on webmd and other questions and have an idea that it may be Vaginitis/Yeast Infection/Crabs(although it doesn't really itch like I would imagine crabs would) I recently had a STD test about 3 weeks ago and have been with only one person. He has only been with me as well. I am going to the doctor today but just curious what you think.
